联袂给本地爱乐者带来一场古典音乐响宴，
曲目包括歌剧选段，中外艺术歌曲等。

陳穎豪 Stefano Chen / Music Director / Tenor
男高音/ 音樂總監 / 文化産品策劃人

在本地著名男高音声乐家刘国耀先生门下学习声乐多年后，远赴北京中央音樂學院與中央歌劇院進修聲樂，師從中央歌劇院著名男高音王信納先生，系統學習了西洋美聲唱法。

2000年出版并演唱首張中國爵士音樂演唱專輯《咆哮之中》（Bop Within）。2002年協助中央電視台譯配申奧中英文歌曲，指導中國著名歌手孫國慶、沙寶亮、葉凡、郭蓉等英語演唱發音。2004年策劃編選出版親子音樂系列《與媽媽一起音樂旅行》、身心靈健康音樂系列《我的音療工房》與《采茶房茶音樂》系列。2006年策劃編選《音樂劇魅影》一書。曾與中國唱片公司聯合策劃出版中國首張古箏彈唱唐詩宋詞專輯《山居秋暝》。2008年，作爲歌手和音樂總監，出版了人聲發燒天碟《原醉》和中國意象新世紀音樂專輯《聽城》。

2009年在大馬吉隆坡Old China Café 成功舉辦一場“意大利和中國民歌專場”的慈善演唱會。作爲音樂總監和聲樂指導，與大馬著名時代曲歌手友弟與英社戲劇元老甄山水合作，一場以南洋為基調的風情音樂會《摩登南洋》。

2010年10月，製作友弟主唱的電視劇《女頭家》主題曲《發花》，獲金視奬最佳電視劇主題曲奬。

Vocalist Stefano Chen trained at the Beijing Central Conservatory of Music from 1996-2001 and at the China National Opera House from 2001-2003. His vocal coach Xinna Wang was one of the best tenors in China in the 1980s opera scene.

In 2000, he recorded a jazz album in China, entitled Bop Within. He was credited as the first male vocalist to produce such a recording there. It also received good reviews by the local media, upon its release.

In 2002, Chen assisted China’s television station CCTV in producing a promotional music album of both Chinese and English songs for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games Bidding campaign. His work include guiding popular singers such as Guoqing Sun, Baoling Sha, Fan Ye and Rong Guo in diction for songs in English.

In 2004, as a professional music producer, Chen collaborated with the China Record Company to publish a music album called, A Mountain Hut in Autumn Dusk. The album consists of famous poems of Tang and Song Dynasty sung to the accompaniment of guzheng (Chinese zither) music. The music was performed by Professor Yun Qu, renowned for her zither skill in the world of Chinese classical music.

Before returning to Malaysia in 2008, Chen produced and recorded an audiophile album in China, named Guilty Pleasure and a Chinese New Age album entitled, Beijing, The Voices.
Now based in Kuala Lumpur, Chen currently works as a freelance vocal coach and music producer as well as a professional singer.


Loo Bang Hean, Pianist

Born in Ipoh, Malaysia, Bang Hean’s early teachers include Serena Chow and Rickie Oui. At the age of 16 he won the 1st prize at the First National Mozart Piano Competition in Penang, his success in the LRSM performing diploma in that same year prompted the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music to award him a four-year scholarship to study at the Royal College of Music, London.

In England Bang Hean studied with Yonty Solomon, John Blakely and Dennis Lee. His successes during those years include numerous prizes at the RCM as well as an invitation to appear in a Royal Gala Evening at St. James’s Palace attended by Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh. Awards from the Anthony Saltmarsh Prize and the Countess of Munster Musical Trust enabled him to undergo postgraduate studies for a year with Professor Ilonka Deckers in Milan.

Back in Malaysia, Bang Hean frequently appears in solo recitals, chamber concerts and concerto performances. These include the International Piano Festivals in KL, the HSBC Piano Festivals and other concert series. Bang Hean has been invited to perform concertos with the National Symphony Orchestra, the Penang Symphony Orchestra, Penang State Symphony Orchestra and the PJ Youth Symphonic Band. A keen advocate of chamber music, he has given numerous chamber concerts with various musicians around the country, and is often invited to play in MPO’s Chamber Concert series at the Dewan Filharmonik Petronas, Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Apart from local appearances Bang Hean has also performed in Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Korea, England and Italy.

An active and dedicated educator, Bang Hean is an adjunct lecturer at University College Sedaya International (UCSI) and is frequently invited to conduct seminars and workshops as well as adjudicate in music festivals and competitions around this region.

Tan Chee Shen, Tenor

Born and raised in Malaysia , tenor Tan Chee Shen is a winner of numerous awards including the grand prize of the Singapore-Malaysia voice competition, the Bangkok Opera South-East Asia vocal competition and most recently the Bronze award of NTDTV International Chinese Singing Competition in NYC.

During the summer of 2005, Chee Shen was awarded a full scholarship to attend the famed Music Academy of the West in Santa Barbara , California , where he worked with distinguished American mezzo soprano Marilyn Horne and pianist Warren Jones. He also attended the International Vocal Arts Institute at Montreal , Canada in Summer 2008.

Chee Shen earned his Master of music degree from Mannes College of Music in New York where he also attended for undergraduate. At Mannes, Chee Shen sang roles such as Rinuccio and Tinca from Gianni Schichi and Il Tabarro, Don Curzio from Le Nozze di Figaro, Arturo from I Puritani, Magician from The Consul, Ferrando from Cosi fan Tutte and many more, under the baton of Maestro Joseph Colaneri from the Metropolitan Opera and also the director of Mannes Opera. On the concert stage, he has performed as the tenor soloist in Bach Magnificat and a Bach excerpts concert, both with Canta Lyrica conducted by Metropolitan Opera's assistant conductor, Joshua Greene. He also performed Mohammed Fairouz's song cycles with the Mimesis ensemble. Upcoming concerts including, tenor soloist for Janacek's Our Father and Brahms' Neue Liebeslieder with Pro Arte chorale. Chee Shen will appear as a tenor soloist for Canta Lyrica upcoming opera scenes performance and tenor soloist in Mozart Requiem with Pro Arte Chorale. He works closely with tenor Arthur Levy and Johsua Greene, assistant conductor at the Metropolitan Opera. Chee Shen currently works as a freelance singer in New York.


Tan Khar Gee, Soprano (Guest Performer)

Homegrown coloratura soprano, Tan Khar Gee was a graduate of the Malaysian Institute of Arts before obtaining her Masters Degree at the Conservatory of China, Beijing. Subsequently she left for Italy to further her studies at the Accademia Lirica Italiana under the tutelage of Maestro Pier Miranda Ferraro and the renowned repetiteur Maestro Roberto Negri, both from the famous opera house Teatro Alla Scala, Milano. In Italy, she actively participated and represented the conservatory in major performances and received excellent reviews from the press. Consequently, she was awarded the Young Vocalist and Artist Certificate.
Since her return to the country in 2004, she has given many recitals in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China to great acclaim.

Dr. P'ng Tean Hwa, Pianist

P’ng Tean Hwa has appeared in many public concert performances as a soloist as well as collaborative pianist in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hungary, and the USA. He has performed with the WVU Symphony Orchestra as a winner of its Young Artist Competition, and played in the masterclasses of Christopher O’Riley, Ralph Votapek, Lydia Artimiw, Anton Nel, Claude Frank, and Florence Kirsch. As a clinician, he has presented numerous lectures, workshops, and seminars to both piano teachers and the general audience. He has also adjudicated competitions, including the Final Round of the Young Person’s Competition in 2006 and in 2007 in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, and served as a guest examiner at Universiti Malaya in Kuala Lumpur. In recent years he has presented piano masterclasses at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and the Southwestern Assemblies of God University in the USA; the Arts High School in Pécs, Hungary; the Cantata Arts Institute in Jakarta and Medan Musik in Medan, Indonesia; Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand; as well as Universiti Putra Malaysia and Universiti Malaya in Kuala Lumpur.

Currently, Tean Hwa is Professor of Music and Associate Dean of the School of Music at UCSI University in Kuala Lumpur. At UCSI University, he is a member of the University Examination Board for more than ten years now, and has served as the Chair of the Senate Learning and Teaching Committee in 2007–2010. In addition, he is also a peer reviewer for the Pertanika Journal at Universiti Putra Malaysia. Tean Hwa holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in piano performance and literature from West Virginia University, Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees in piano performance from Western Illinois University, FTCL and LTCL diplomas in piano performance from the Trinity College of Music, and a chemical engineering degree from Universiti Malaya. He is a life member of the national scholastic honor society of Phi Kappa Phi.

陳志軒簡歷

1998年受恩师胡志强鼓励参加全国声乐公开赛，以16岁的声乐稚龄一举夺得南马区亚军并进入全国总决赛获得优秀奖。
1999年至2001年分别两次获得全国亚军，及全国季军。
1999年至2000年受胡志强老师推介，随我国著名男高音陈容学习大获启发。
2001年与大马男高音前辈陈容，林清福及岑大伟于吉隆坡举办大马四杰音乐会。
同年参加由意大利知名男高音Angelo Marenzi 于吉隆坡的大师班。获大师邀请前往台北学习。後代表马来西亚参加新马声乐大赛，成为开赛以来最年轻的冠军得奖者。
2002年至2003前往北京中央音乐学院进修，师事男中音黎信昌。
2004 年赴美深造，同年参加于泰国举行的东南亚声乐比赛，获全场总冠军。
2005年考入纽约市名校Mannes College of Music.师事Ruth Falcon与Tony Manoli。
2005年夏天考入美国著名音乐营Music Academy of the West, 获全免奖学金随美国女中音名伶Marilyn Horne 学习。
2006 至2010年活跃于歌剧演出，深获学校歌剧总监纽约大都会歌剧院指挥Joseph Colaneri 赏识，给与多次演出机会与不吝赐教。
2008 年遇另一恩师Arthur Levy 并追随其学习至今。
2009年于纽约举行的国际华人声乐大赛获得铜奖
2010年毕业于Mannes College of Music 获颁硕士文凭并决定以自由音乐人身份回纽约，盼吸取更多经验有朝一日回马贡献。现今与大都会歌剧院助理指挥Joshua Greene 合作密切，常担任其指挥之音乐会的男高音独唱。

陳家儀簡歷

毕业于马来西亚艺术学院，师从李水莲女士。后到北京“中国音乐学院”师随男高音王秉锐教授学习并获取学士与硕士学位。后赴意大利米兰“意大利抒情音乐学院” 师随意大利著名男高音歌唱家皮耶·米兰达·费尔拉罗和意大利斯卡拉歌剧院艺术指导大师罗贝尔多·内格里。在意大利学习期间，曾多次代表学院到各个主要城市参演各项音乐会，其杰出的演绎受到观众热烈喝采，被当地音乐评论报刊誉为是“一位具有清脆嘹亮的嗓子、成熟的技巧和高尚的艺术修养于一身的青年歌唱家”。由于表现优异，获院长亲自颁发“青年歌唱艺术家奖状”以示表扬。2004年学成归国，先后在马来西亚、新加坡、印尼和中国等地举办多场成功的独唱音乐会。
